Should you need to complain
Commtexx Ltd is committed to providing our customers with a highly professional installation service and a superior product. We understand that there will be occasions where our customer may not feel completley satisfied, with either the service we have provided, or a product purchased from us. We will always endevor to provide a mutually satisfactory solution in all cases.
Should you have any query and/or complaint regarding your installation or a product supplied by Commtexx Ltd, please contact us by using your prefered method below. Please always quote your reference number and/or your job number when communicating with Commtexx.
The member of staff receiving your communication will try to resolve your complaint immediately. If they cannot, or further investigation is required, we promise to inform you of the result within five business days.
In the unlikely event that your complaint has not been resolved within 7 working days of its receipt, we will write and let you know the reasons why and the further action we will take.
Within 14 business days of its receipt we will either issue you with a final response letter detailing the outcome of our investigation and our decision, or a letter confirming when we anticipate to have concluded our investigation.
Whilst we are investigating your complaint, we will keep in regular contact with you.
